Benefits Annual Enrollment Dates: July 9-21, 2018

Employees Retirement Systems (ERS) has identified July 9 – 21, 2018 as the enrollment dates for the Alamo Colleges District.  Annual enrollment is the only time when employees can make changes to their health insurance and other benefits without having a qualifying life event.  Remember, our annual enrollment period is only two (2) weeks. Mark your calendars to make your benefits elections!

ERS Benefits Fair

This year’s Benefits Fair will be at St. Philip’s College Watson Fine Arts Center Auditorium on Tuesday, July 17th, from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  This will be your only opportunity to visit with ERS representatives and vendors in person during our benefits annual enrollment dates.

Benefits Enrollment Help

Both the ERS Summer Enrollment and the BlueCross BlueShield webpage have tools, resources and presentations to help you during our 2-week enrollment period.  If you have questions and have been unsuccessful finding the answer, or if you have tried making changes online and have been unable to do so, schedule an appointment with your benefits coordinator at your campus.  Make sure you have established your ERS Online account before visiting your Benefits Coordinator.

Update your Contact info with ERS by May 31st

Make sure that any personal updates to your account on the ERS Website are made by May 31, 2018. If you’ve moved and haven’t provided your current address to ERS, please login to your account and update this information.
