The Alamo Colleges District Emergency Sick Leave (ESL) bank is a benefit by employees for employees who have exhausted all forms of income replacement and are on a leave of absence faced with a catastrophic illness or injury to themselves or immediate family members. Since implementation of the program, numerous employees in need of assistance have benefited from their colleagues’ generosity when they needed it most.
How to Donate
Employees may voluntarily donate up to five days (40 hours) in one day (8-hour) increments to the Emergency Sick Leave bank each fiscal year. Click the link below to download the ESL Donation Form.
To donate, simply return the signed and completed form to the Human Resources and Organizational Development department (by mail, in person, or email) by April 30, 2018.
