Albert Lewis, Jr. is currently Vice President for Economic and Workforce Development at Bellevue College in Bellevue, Washington.  He came to that position in 2015 from Moraine Valley Community College in Palos Hills, Illinois, where he served in the same position from 2012-15.  Prior to that, he served in various workforce-related programs at Cuyahoga Community College from 2006-12.  He has a Master’s degree from the University of Akron in Ohio and a Bachelor’s in Speech Broadcasting from Marshall University in West Virginia.

Olga Valerio has a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at El Paso in Materials Science and Engineering and a Master’s degree from the Instituto Tecnologico de Saltillo.  She has served as Dean, Executive Director, and Director of the Advanced Technology Center at El Paso Community College since 2007.  Prior to that, she was a Research Associate Professor at UTEP.

 Anson Green

Anson Green has been the State Director for Adult Education and Literacy at the Texas Workforce Commission since 2013.  During that time, he directed the largest program transfer of the 83rd Texas legislature to re-engineer the adult education program into a fully integrated workforce development and college access solution for high-risk populations.  From 2008-2013, he was Director of work-based English solutions at the Alamo Colleges District in the Economic and Workforce Development Division.  He was also on the faculty at Northwest Vista College, as well as Northlake ISD and San Antonio College.  His Master’s is from Florida State University and he has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Robert McKinley has guided economic development at the University of Texas at San Antonio since 1990.  His current position is Senior Associate Vice President for Economic Development and Chief Engagement Officer at UTSA.  He is a UTSA graduate of the Master’s program in Public Administration.  He also has a degree in community development from Pennsylvania State University.  He also served as Executive Director of the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from 1980-84.
