The 2018 Progress Review has begun and will end on February 15, 2019. During progress review, employees meet with their supervisors to close out their 2018 SMART Goals, Competency Assessment, and Development Plans. We encourage you to take advantage of the resources below to help you prepare for the review:
Navigating the Progress Review- Online Tutorial
A new tutorial is now available in AlamoTALENT to assist you with completing your Progress Review. Get step-by-step instructions on navigating the review, as well as a printable job aid and progress review checklist. You can register and launch the tutorial by using the search box in AlamoTALENT and typing, “Navigating the Progress Review.”
